A new venue and a new concert

We look to our next concert which will be in The Centre in Tollesbury on Saturday 17th August at 2pm. This is a new venue for us and we are excited to be performing this concert on behalf of the Tollesbury Youth Club. The TYC was set up as a safe, inclusive environment in which the young people of the village (school years 7-9) can meet on Thursday evenings (during term time). Each week they offer a range of activities; sporting, creative, musical and social.

Playing at a new venue involves a small team from our Management Committee making a visit to assess the suitably of a venue. We were delighted with what we saw as The Centre offers excellent facilities. We have entitled this concert 'Here Comes The Sun' and it will be collection of tunes which celebrate the British summer.
